1. Q: What types of products do you offer? A: We're not just kidding around when it comes to variety! Our barnyard of goodies includes handcrafted beard oils, goat milk soaps, stickers, and we are currently designing out 3D printed soap holders and beard oil holders. We're also looking to expand into more products, such as lotions, shampoos, conditioners, etc.

2. Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin? A: You bet your boots they are! We use gentle, natural ingredients that are kind to even the most delicate skin. But just like how every goat has its own personality, every person's skin is unique. We always recommend doing a patch test first, especially if you have known sensitivities.

3. Q: How long do your products typically last? A: Our products are as long-lasting as a stubborn goat! With proper care, our soaps can last up to 2-4 weeks, and our beard oils can keep your facial hair happy for 2-3 months. But remember, just like how quickly a goat can clear a field, usage varies depending on how often you use the product!

4. Q: Are your products tested on animals? A: No way, no how! The only animals involved in our product testing are the happy humans who volunteer their beards and skin. Our goats are here for milk and moral support, not product testing!

 

Shipping and Orders

6. Q: How long does shipping usually take? A: We're faster than a goat on coffee! Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order is on its way, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the US. International orders might take a bit longer, but we promise it's worth the wait!

7. Q: Do you offer international shipping? A: Not yet unfortunately! We're working hard on spreading the Bleat'n Suds love worldwide, but with it being a smaller operation, we wanted to start closer to home.

8. Q: What's your return policy? A: We want you to be happier than a goat in a field of clover! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that's a refund or an exchange. Just remember, for hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on these types of products.

9. Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed? A: We move faster than a startled billy goat, so once an order is placed, it's processed quickly! But don't worry, if you need to make a change, contact us ASAP and we'll do our best to help. No guarantees, but we'll give it our best shot!

Our plan will be to treat our goats like the royalty they think they are! They will have plenty of space to roam, play, and do what goats do best. We will ensure they have a nutritious diet, regular health check-ups, and lots of love and attention. Happy goats make the best milk, and the best milk makes the best soap!

For most fellas, applying beard oil once a day, preferably after showering, is the sweet spot. If your beard is particularly dry or unruly, you might want to oil up twice a day.
